Inconsistent details mar the stay

billing discrepancy coupon excuse

The location IS great , near main attractions.

My billing did not match the credit card charge. The hotel blamed a coupon for the added charge two weeks AFTER my stay , EVEN though it should have been factored in initially. I received a voucher for the restaurant. I was told it was not valid for breakfast , only for dinner.
