I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is quite convenient, just a short walk to the main attractions, and my room offered a lovely view of the Falls. However, the service was disappointing, with staff lacking warmth and friendliness. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, the amenities felt very basic for a resort. Overall, it has potential, but improvements are needed in staff engagement and dining options.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel, enjoying a spacious king suite with an amazing city view. The facilities were fantastic, including the two pools and the outdoor area which featured a hot tub. Although parking was a bit steep at $20 a night, the overall experience truly felt like good value for money. However, we did face some challenges with parking costs around the city despite the hotel being a short walk from attractions.

This hotel is undoubtedly the best choice in the Niagara Falls area! I enjoyed the cozy lodge-like ambience and the immaculate facilities, making for a great stay overall. The only downside was that I could only see the falls from a distance due to my room location, but I loved the amenities and might even opt for a lower floor next time to enjoy the walk to the falls more. This place is perfect for a comfortable getaway!
